Document set These documents work together. The Terms govern use of VueSend, the Privacy Policy explains data handling, the Acceptable Use Policy sets platform rules, and the DPA applies to customer personal data processed on behalf of a workspace.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to all accounts, workspaces, users, customers, agencies, invited team members, integrations, API users, imported lists, campaigns, forms, landing pages, Smart Links, automations and content created or sent through VueSend.

Using VueSend in a way that creates legal, security, reputational, recipient, network or deliverability risk is not permitted, even if the specific behavior is not listed below.

2. Consent-based sending

You may only send marketing messages to recipients where you have a lawful basis and required permission. You must be able to document consent or another lawful basis if VueSend asks for it.

Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, appended, co-registered without clear consent, third-party, unverified or permissionless lists are not allowed for marketing sending.

3. Required sender practices

You must use accurate sender names, reply-to addresses, subject lines, routing information and physical or business contact details where required. You must not disguise the origin or purpose of a message.

You must honor unsubscribes, suppressions, complaints, hard bounces and recipient preferences promptly. You must not re-import suppressed contacts to bypass opt-outs.

4. Prohibited content and activity

You may not use VueSend for spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, impersonation, deceptive promotions, fraudulent offers, scams, pyramid schemes, unlawful goods or services, harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or content that violates the rights of others.

You may not use VueSend for illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, weapons trafficking, evasion of sanctions, human trafficking, unlawful gambling, predatory financial offers, deceptive crypto or investment promotions, or regulated health, financial, legal or insurance claims without required authorization and compliance controls.

5. Network and system abuse

You may not probe, scan, attack, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, bypass, interfere with or gain unauthorized access to VueSend, related systems, other accounts, APIs, networks or providers.

You may not distribute malware, harmful scripts, unwanted downloads, bot traffic, fake engagement, denial-of-service traffic, credential stuffing, spam traps, tracking abuse, open redirect abuse or content that damages infrastructure or recipient devices.

6. Data and privacy abuse

You may not upload or process personal data that you are not legally allowed to use. You may not use VueSend to unlawfully collect sensitive data, track people without required notice or consent, combine data in a prohibited way, or target people in a discriminatory or unlawful manner.

7. Deliverability and reputation controls

VueSend may apply sending limits, warm-up requirements, manual review, bounce thresholds, complaint thresholds, suppression rules, content review, domain review, list verification requirements or sending pauses to protect deliverability.

You must cooperate with reputation reviews and provide information about list source, consent flow, sender identity, campaign purpose, expected volume and audience when requested.

8. Regulated and sensitive use cases

Some use cases may require additional approval, restrictions or written terms, including high-volume affiliate marketing, lead generation, paid recommendations, financial services, healthcare, political messaging, adult-oriented content, sweepstakes, fundraising, gambling-related content, crypto, alcohol, tobacco, CBD or other regulated industries.

9. Enforcement

VueSend may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, reject imports, block domains, disable forms, quarantine contacts, throttle sending, pause campaigns, suspend accounts, terminate workspaces, preserve evidence, report unlawful conduct or notify affected parties where appropriate.

Enforcement decisions may be based on content, recipient feedback, bounce and complaint data, provider reports, blocklist signals, suspicious activity, security indicators or failure to provide requested compliance information.

10. Reporting abuse

Report abuse, spam, phishing, impersonation or unlawful use to abuse@vuesend.com. Security reports should be sent to security@vuesend.com.
